Cookie Policy

What cookies and similar technologies we use on this website, why, and how you can control them.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies — such as your browser's local storage — work in much the same way. They help a site function, remember your choices, and measure how it is used. This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

How we handle consent

Strictly necessary storage is always active because the site cannot work without it. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and any analytics or marketing cookies load only after you consent through our cookie banner. You can accept all, reject non-essential, or choose per category — and change your mind at any time via the cookie settings link (also in the footer).

We do not currently run advertising on this website, so no marketing cookies are set. The cookie banner still lets you set a marketing preference in advance. If we introduce advertising in future, cookies such as the one below would be set only with your consent:

Cookie names and durations are set by the third-party providers and may change. We also load Google Tag Manager, which only places the tags described above (and only with the matching consent).

Managing cookies in your browser

Besides our banner, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect how some parts of the site work. Most browsers explain how under "Privacy" or "Cookies" in their settings.

Third parties

Some cookies are set by third parties whose own privacy terms apply, including Google and, if you use a WhatsApp link, WhatsApp/Meta. Some of these providers process data outside South Africa, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
